DISTANCE REIKI
Distance Reiki sessions can be conducted in a variety of ways. Some clients choose to recline comfortably and in a receptive mode in their own surroundings during a set appointment time. Others enjoy a 3-day regimen of Reiki sent intuitively. And many have benefitted from receiving distance Reiki at night, which promotes sleep and bolsters the circadian rhythm's natural healing cycle.
IN-PERSON REIKI
Session length may vary, but typically consists of 50 total minutes. The client remains fully clothed and lies face up on a massage table, unless there are accessibility issues, which can be accommodated.
The practitioner uses light touch to channel the Reiki energy, as well as positions with her hands remaining slightly above the client.
MOBILE UNIT
Sessions in the comfort of one's own home are available in the Greater Los Angeles area. The practitioner will arrive with a portable massage table.
OFFICE VISITS
The Los Angeles office is open by appointment and in strict accordance with local health guidelines.
